Magali and Pascal would be delighted for you to discover their know-how and high quality produce.
They simultaneously manage the farm animal breeding, processing and marketing of their gastronomic products.
The animals arrive on the farm one day old for the ducklings and three weeks old for the chicks. They are then raised free range on a three-hectare tract of land to ensure you get only the finest quality products.
The grains used for the animal feeds are produced on our 50 hectare farm (wheat, maize, triticale and barley).
A certified abattoir lies just 2kms away from the farm.
Magali and Pascal control everything produced on the farm, as well as the entire breeding and sales distribution processes.
Weekly highlights include:
- Ducks can be ordered up to Monday evenings (slaughtered on Tuesdays).
- Poultry can be ordered up to Tuesday evenings (slaughtered on Wednesdays).
- Delivery on Fridays (home delivery can be arranged).
- Hosting of guests on the farm on Saturday mornings and Wednesday afternoons.
